FIRST TIME AT FLEX?

Here at Flex we have designed our training around you. We have the perfect combo of strength + conditioning . 

We recommend attending 3-5 session per week for maximum results.

REGISTER YOUR TRIAL

Register for your two week free trial. This is a great opportunity to try all the classes and see what times work for you. 

COME PREPARED

Make sure you book into your session and bring your towel and water bottle along with you.

ARRIVE EARLY

Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your class to we can run through how everything works and where everything is in the gym.

LET US HELP YOU

Don’t worry if the moves are new to you. The trainers will demo the moves and help you out if you need it. All moves can be varied to suit your level.

HAVE FUN

Make the most of it, soak up the atmosphere, sweat, and enjoy the workout. Just have fun, the results will come.

REPEAT!

One is great, but change happens when you make it a habit. Flex is set up to make it as easy as possible to come back, have a great time and get incredible results.
