Qualifications: Bachelor of business, Cert III & IV in business, Cert III in business administration, Diploma of insurance broking, tier 1 & 2 in insurance broking, blue card, first aid, CPR

Since graduating uni, Lucy has combined her passion for health and fitness, with her love for creating content that inspires.

If Lucy's not filming classes and snapping some epic photos, you'll find her training alongside the Flex family!

James McCorley

James McCorley

Group & Personal Trainer

Since starting in the fitness industry in 2010, James has worked in group fitness centres, bootcamps, PT studios and corporate gyms.

He believes fitness is for everyone, and will always go the extra mile to not only ensure that everyone feels comfortable at Flex, but they get the best and safest workout possible too.

Qualifications: Bachelor of exercise science, Cert III in fitness, Cert IV in fitness, mat pilates certified, first aid, CPR

Curtis is a fitness professional striving to help his clients reach their goals. Specialising in nutrition and training for fat loss and improved fitness and health, Curtis’ expertise and constant thirst for knowledge ensures that he leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit for producing results.

With a sporting background Rhys fell in love with training and what the body can do when worked correctly. He has been a PT for 7 years now and is more passionate each day. He believes in creating a better lifestyle for people so they can live their life to its full potential. He constantly is trying to learn more about fitness and health to help the clients and members he works with.
