STRENGTH is our strength/hypertrophy based class and forms the foundation on which our programming is built upon. We run 3 different strength sessions per week: upper body, lower body and full body ensuring we hit each muscle group with a frequency of twice per week. We believe in using correct technique and doing the basics well, focusing on the major lifts consistently week on week, coupled with accessory movements to further increase performance. To ensure continual improvement for all our clients we apply principles of progressive overload, and all members are able to track their progress in our performance tracking app (free for all members).
