An Infrared Sauna is a type of sauna which uses light to make heat. Instead of a regular sauna, which uses heat to warm the air, an infrared sauna warms the body directly. This type of sauna is an excellent choice for people who can't stand the heat from a sauna, as it provides the same benefits, at a lower temperature. The Infrared light waves penetrate the facial and muscular tissue, helping the body rid the toxins stored in the deeper layers.

As your training load increases, you will likely see an increase in muscle soreness or delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). This is completely normal and indicates you are getting stronger. During exercise, your muscle fibres break down. As they repair themselves, you become stronger and better prepared to handle the stress next time you work out.
The best way to relive muscle soreness is to perform gentle exercises e.g. walking and light stretching. A consistent stretching routine after a workout will enhance flexibility, improve blood circulation, eliminate lactic acid and even boost your energy as the brain releases endorphins!
