This video will take you through how to do your measurements correctly. Remember, you need to send us your measurements EVERY week to get 5 points. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable over the 8 weeks.
Use the same amount of tension on the measuring tape each time. We suggest pulling the tape so it is snug but not too tight.
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Do your measurements at the same time and day each week. We recommend in the morning before you eat.
We highly suggest having your partner/friend etc. doing these for you to ensure the tape measure is straight. If you do wish to do them yourself stand in front of a mirror to ensure the tape is straight.
