During our 8 Week Challenge you receive rotating meal plans that are customized to you and updated every fortnight! That means not eating the same boring food everyday and enjoying a variety of tasty meals and snacks throughout the entire 56 days of the challenge. We also have an amazing little recipe e-book which has heaps of recipe ideas to keep you inspired over the 8 weeks as well as new recipes week-to-week based on the challengers likes and dislikes.
