MEAL PLANS

Diet is a vital component in achieving success in our 4 Week Flex program, and our meal plans have been designed with a clear results focus. 

Through stripping it back to the basics, our meal plans aim to provide simple, sustainable and maintainable options whilst providing you with the correct calories and macronutrients to support training and achieve your desired results. 

 

  • Each meal plan has 3 days of meals for you to choose from based on your macros and calories.

  • You will receive an updated meal plan at the halfway mark with 3 new days of meals based on your update macros and calories.

  • There will be 1 x 'cheat' meal at the end of each week. 

  • Meal plans are personalised based on the comprehensive questionnaire completed during the onboarding process.
